Hm... as someone who loves cookies, I think this is a superior form of the chocolate chip cookie. But you're right, I'm not 100% sure it will convert someone who's not already enthusiastic about cookies. The mesquite, though, is very, very good here. It's got that nutty, fragrant taste you imagine flaxseed would have (but never does).

Dark chocolate and mesquite...hm. I'm trying to figure out if I would like these or not. I feel like I would try one and be okay with just that...
